We want to execute your wedding day as if it were you running the show. In other words, you've worked incredibly hard to envision your big day and now you need someone to help execute all those details. In order to do so, we’re dedicated and committed to making sure no detail is overlooked. Our goal is to be your second brain come wedding day. That means knowing all the right questions to ask and becoming your partner in crime those weeks leading up to your wedding.
We take the time to make sure your event is special to you. We don't think your wedding should be cookie cutter. We also think it should be a reflection of your personalities and what's most important to you two. There are hundreds of different ways we can organize the events that happen on your wedding day. Were here to help guide you and sort through the chaos. First look? When would you like to do your first dance? How many people are toasting and when? What about a game of jeopardy? No really... been there, done that!
We're knowledgeable and resourceful. We are backed by years of experience, strong vendor relationships and supported by an incredible TEAM of individuals. We can recommend vendors who we think would work well with you, provide you with budget savvy tips and tricks, and come stocked with tons of resources and tools to make planning seamless and streamlined.

Meet your team!
To this day, Amanda’s most fond memories are parties & celebrations with family & friends. As a young adult, she started her event planning journey orchestrating numerous parties, engagements & showers for loved ones. It was only natural that she would continue her journey into her collegiate years moderating events for numerous organizations and working for one of the most well known event planners in Austin, Texas; run marketing and event efforts for a major fast-food franchise after graduation; and later bring that same skill set to a billion dollar equipment rental corporation. Finally, her love of all things “event” alongside determination, and hard work lead her to launching a career getting to share this love and passion of events with hundreds of her own clients and an incredible team of women.
Amanda believes that every event is one of a kind and should fit her clients style and personality. That timelines, layouts and ceremonies should be planned with this in mind and no detail should ever be overlooked. She also believes at the end of the day, no matter the celebration, we remember what brought us together in the first place. There is nothing more rewarding to her than ending the night hugging her clients farewell as they share with excitement, “this was the best day of our lives.”
When she’s not working to create an exceptional event, you’ll find Amanda traveling the world with her husband, spending any free weekend day enjoying the company of her family & friends, snuggling her two fur babies, reading a book or enjoying a nice day on the lake.
Ethnee started her career working for major film production companies like Nickelodeon and HBO. She started her career running film crews and managing film production. At one point, Ethnee was even working as a personal assistant for Alec Baldwin! All the while, curating and perfecting her management and multitasking skills.
After meeting her husband, moving to Austin and having 4 beautiful babies, Ethnee decided to take her love for film and project management to the next level helping brides and grooms alike plan their perfect wedding days. Ethnee definitely has the sweetest heart and the kindest spirit. She is detail oriented and loves making the bride and grooms feel comfortable and confident going into their big day!
With years of experience in the customer service industry, Alexa has always been drawn to the opportunity to put a smile on people’s faces. She lights up a room when she walks in and she is the calming presence that you want to be surrounded by during the wedding planning process.
She began her career in accounting but soon realized she was meant to be out of the office and on her feet. A little dabbling as a venue coordinator in her home state of Kansas led her to finding a passion for event coordination & planning. Along with her attention to detail and natural ability to organize, Alexa thrives when she is planning your big day! Alexa grew up planning various themed events for her friends and still leads planning social outings for her gym in Austin.
When Alexa is not coordinating events, she loves playing “hostess with the mostest” to friends and family visiting Austin. She grew up in Lawrence, Kansas and received an Accounting Degree from Kansas University. On the weekend, you’ll find Alexa doing some of her favorite Austin activities including paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake and trying out new restaurants.

Originally from Tennessee, bubbly, energetic and fun, are the words we use to describe Sarah Catherine! SC is a graduate from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she studied communications, and enjoyed playing semi-professional soccer. Her passion for people led her to starting a career as an admissions counselor at UTC. She began planning events for her university and decided to move to Texas with her boyfriend and their sweet puppy at the beginning of 2020. She is outgoing and never meets a stranger. SC is organized, driven and is hands on when it comes to making your wedding dreams come true!
