Meet your team!

Amanda H.

To this day, Amanda’s most fond memories are parties & celebrations with family & friends. As a young adult, she started her event planning journey orchestrating numerous parties, engagements & showers for loved ones. It was only natural that she would continue her journey into her collegiate years moderating events for numerous organizations and working for one of the most well known event planners in Austin, Texas; run marketing and event efforts for a major fast-food franchise after graduation; and later bring that same skill set to a billion dollar equipment rental corporation. Finally, her love of all things “event” alongside determination, and hard work lead her to launching a career getting to share this love and passion of events with hundreds of her own clients and an incredible team of women.

Amanda believes that every event is one of a kind and should fit her clients style and personality. That timelines, layouts and ceremonies should be planned with this in mind and no detail should ever be overlooked. She also believes at the end of the day, no matter the celebration, we remember what brought us together in the first place. There is nothing more rewarding to her than ending the night hugging her clients farewell as they share with excitement, “this was the best day of our lives.”

When she’s not working to create an exceptional event, you’ll find Amanda traveling with her husband, spending any free weekend day enjoying the company of her family & friends, snuggling her two fur babies, reading a book or enjoying a nice day on the lake.

With years of experience in the customer service industry, Alexa has always been drawn to the opportunity to put a smile on people’s faces. She lights up a room when she walks in and she is the calming presence that you want to be surrounded by during the wedding planning process.

When Alexa is not coordinating events, she loves playing “hostess with the mostest” to friends and family visiting Austin. On the weekend, you’ll find Alexa doing some of her favorite Austin activities including paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake and trying out new restaurants.
